Do guests need to download an app?

Accepted Answer

No. Cue runs in the phone's browser from a QR code, NFC tag or registration link. Guests can add it to their home screen if they like.

What about guests without a phone?

Staff add them from the marshal console in walk-up mode. Cue issues a code that staff read out, and it appears on the venue screens when it's their turn.

Can guests join more than one queue?

Accepted Answer

Yes, up to two at once. If both turns could land together, Cue warns the guest and holds the later one for up to 10 minutes. A third queue is blocked until one finishes.

What happens if someone misses their turn?

Accepted Answer

Their place is held on a timer. The marshal can send a second call, and only marks a no-show when they decide to release the place. Guests running late can move themselves back a few places.

Can it run several experiences across floors?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each experience has its own queue, capacity and run time, with a live floor map per level. Guests can hold two queues at once, with a clash guard so their turns don't overlap.

Do you support time slots as well as walk-in queues?

Accepted Answer

Yes. An experience can be a walk-in queue, bookable time slots, or both at once. Full slots are shown as full, and guests can join the walk-in queue instead.

What does a guest see if a station pauses?

Accepted Answer

The experience shows as paused with the reason the marshal chose, such as a technical check. New guests can't join, and guests already in the queue see that their place is kept.

Who owns the data?

Accepted Answer

You do. You are the data controller and Digital Blue processes data on your behalf, with consent captured clearly at sign-up. UAE hosting is available on request, and data is deleted on your schedule.

Yes: registration links, webhooks, CSV export, and CRM connections set up per client.

Can we use our own brand?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Passes, screens and messages carry your colours, copy and sender name. Cue stays in the background.

Yes. The guest pass can run on your domain or an event subdomain, so the link guests see is yours.
