• Booking details. If you book a walkthrough, you enter your name, email and any notes in Google Calendar's booking form. Google processes this under its own terms and shares the booking with us.
• Demo first names. If you try the demo, the first name you type, group size, queue status and timestamps are shared between the devices in your demo session. Phone numbers and emails typed into the demo stay on your device and are never sent to our servers.
• Essential local storage. Your browser stores demo state and preferences, such as language and theme, so the demo works across tabs and visits.
• No advertising trackers. We don't use advertising cookies or sell personal data.

• To arrange and hold the walkthrough you booked, and follow up about it.
• To run the live demo and keep devices in the same session in sync.
• To keep the website and demo secure and working.

• Demo sessions are deleted automatically 24 hours after they were last used.
• Booking details are kept while we're discussing your event and deleted when no longer needed, or sooner if you ask.
• Local storage stays in your browser until you clear it or restart the demo.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it.
