You own your guests' data. We process it for you, only for the event, and delete it on your schedule.

Roles

Who controls the data, and who processes it.

You, the client, are the data controller
You decide why guest data is collected and how long it is kept. Consent wording at sign-up names your brand, so guests know who they are dealing with.
Digital Blue is the processor
Digital Blue runs Cue and processes queue data on your behalf, following your instructions and a data processing agreement.

The live demo

The live demo syncs across devices without anyone signing in, so we keep it to the minimum.

First names only
Guests in the demo type a first name. That is the only personal detail shared between devices.
No phone numbers or emails
The demo never sends contact details to our servers. The sign-up form exists to show the flow.
Deleted after 24 hours
Each demo session and everything in it is deleted automatically 24 hours after it was last used.

Live events

Consent wording
Queue alerts and marketing are separate choices. Marketing consent is optional and never pre-ticked, and the wording names you as the data controller.
Purpose limits
Contact details are used to run the queue and send alerts. Anything else, such as follow-up marketing, needs its own consent.
Deletion on your schedule
You decide how long event data is kept. When that period ends, it is deleted and we confirm in writing.
UAE hosting on request
For events that require it, data can be hosted in the UAE.
Staff access by role
Marshals see what they need to run a station. Reports and lead exports are limited to the people you name.

Built for the region

WhatsApp first
Guests here live on WhatsApp, so that is where their cue arrives.
Arabic and English, properly
Right-to-left layouts, not a translated afterthought.
On the ground in Dubai
Digital Blue is based in Dubai and supports set-up, rehearsal and event days.
