How it works
From the first scan to the experience.
Guests stop standing in line and start exploring. Here is the journey they take, what your team does on the day, and how we get you live.
The guest journey
Four steps. No line.
1Step 1 of 4
Scan
Guests scan a QR code on signage, tap an NFC tag or open the link from their registration email. The pass opens in the phone's browser in a second.
- Registered guests are greeted by name
- Walk-ups enter a first name and mobile
- Clear consent for alerts and marketing, in English or Arabic
2Step 2 of 4
Join
Each experience shows its live wait, group size limits and any declaration guests must accept. Where time slots are offered, guests can book one instead of queueing.
- Group size stepper respects each station's limits
- Waivers and age or height declarations in one tap
- Up to two queues at once, with a clash guard
3Step 3 of 4
Explore
With a place held, guests are free to enjoy the rest of the venue. Cue suggests walk-up moments, menus and shorter queues that fit before their turn.
- Live wait times on every experience
- A floor map per level with live status pins
- Menus with sold-out items flagged
4Step 4 of 4
Get your cue
A get-ready alert arrives one run ahead, then the cue itself with a call code to show the marshal. The place is held on a visible timer, and the guest can say they're on their way.
- Alerts on WhatsApp with SMS and email fallback
- Call code on the phone and on the venue screens
- Running late? Move back three places, once
For operators
On the day.
Your team runs the floor from tablets and screens. Here is what that looks like.
Before doors
- Experiences, capacities and run times set up in the Event Studio
- Your brand, copy and alert templates applied to every screen
- Marshals rehearse on the real console with test guests
During
- Call next fills free capacity in one tap
- Check guests in by their four-digit code
- Pause or close a station with a reason guests see straight away
- Add walk-ups for guests without a phone
After
- A report of joins, waits, no-shows and ratings by experience and hour
- Consented leads exported or synced to your CRM
- Data deleted on your schedule
