Queue management system for Dubai and the UAE

Cue is a virtual queue management system built in Dubai for events in the UAE and across the GCC: WhatsApp alerts, English and Arabic throughout, and a team on the ground for set-up and event days.

The region

Built for events in the UAE

Events here have their own rhythm. Crowds often arrive in the evening and at weekends, guests speak Arabic, English and many other languages, and for much of the year an outdoor line in the heat is the last place anyone wants to be. A queue management system for the region has to handle all of that without fuss.

Cue lets guests join from their phone and wait in the shade, at a café or at another experience, then calls them back when it's their turn. Your team runs each station from a tablet, and venue screens show who is being called.

Messaging

WhatsApp first

In the UAE and the wider Gulf, WhatsApp is where people read their messages. Cue sends the get-ready message and the call on WhatsApp, with SMS and email as fallbacks, under your sender name. See how WhatsApp queue notifications work.

Languages

English and Arabic, properly

Every guest-facing screen and message is available in English and Arabic. Arabic is not a translated afterthought: the pass switches to a full right-to-left layout, uses a typeface designed for Arabic and keeps Western digits for codes and times so they match the venue screens. Screens alternate between the two languages automatically.

Data

Your data, hosted where you need it

You stay the data controller for your guests' details, and Digital Blue processes them on your behalf, only to run the event. Consent for queue alerts and for marketing are separate choices, and marketing consent is never pre-ticked. For events that require it, data can be hosted in the UAE, and everything is deleted on the schedule you set. Read more on our data and privacy page.

Support

A team based in Dubai

Digital Blue is based in Dubai. We work through your brief and floor plan, configure and brand the system, rehearse with your marshals and stay on site or on call during the event. Afterwards you get a report and your consented leads, then the data is deleted on your schedule.
